Our commitment

Riverbend Medical Group is committed to making its website and services usable by people with disabilities. We work toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, and we review our website as pages, content, and technology change. Accessibility is an ongoing process. We welcome feedback and will work with you to provide information or assistance in a way that meets your needs.

What we've done

We design and update the site with accessibility in mind. Current features and practices include:

• Keyboard navigation and visible focus indicators for interactive elements.
• A “Skip to content” link to help visitors move past repeated navigation.
• Descriptive alternative text for informative images.
• Color choices intended to provide sufficient contrast for readable text and controls.
• Support for reduced-motion settings so visitors can limit nonessential animation.
• Text that can be resized up to 200% without loss of content or functionality.
• Labels for form fields and inline messages to explain validation errors.
• Mobile controls and links designed with tap targets of at least 44 pixels where practical.

Known limitations

Some third-party tools embedded in or used by the website may not be fully accessible with every assistive technology. These include Google Maps and Google reCAPTCHA, which helps protect forms from spam. We cannot control how those services work or change their accessibility features.

You can always call us to request an appointment instead of using an online form or map. Our team can provide directions and help you find another way to access the information you need.

In our offices

Accessible parking is available at our Dublin office. We provide interpreters, including American Sign Language interpreters, at no cost; please ask when you book so we can make arrangements. Service animals are welcome. Call ahead and we'll help you plan your route and entry at either office.
