Will I have a copay or other cost at my visit?
Your cost depends on your individual benefits, deductible and the care provided. Your insurer can estimate your share. Any copay due at the visit will be explained by our team before care when possible.

Please call us before scheduling. Our billing team can discuss self-pay rates and payment expectations for your visit, so you can make an informed decision.

After your visit, we submit the claim to your insurer. Once your insurer processes it, we’ll send a statement for any remaining patient responsibility. Processing times vary by plan.

Use the payment instructions on your statement or call our billing team at (614) 938-2740. Please have your statement available so we can direct you to the right account information.
Do I need a referral?
Some plans require a referral for specialty care. Check with your insurer before the visit. If your plan requires one, ask your primary care office to send it before your appointment.
